DescriptionThe proposed project involves a new 10,600 SF(+/-) Micro Brewery to be located on Parcel B (2.95 acre lot) of that which was previously permitted in 2014 as the High Ridge Redevelopment Project (L.U.P. #8B0334-6) that included the now developed Hampton Inn & Suites which is located on Parcel A (2.63 acre lot) of the development. At that time Parcel B was permitted for (3) 14,000 SF retail buildings for a total of 42,000 SF retail space. The applicant did not request an extension of the permit for the retail development on Parcel B pursuant to Condition 18 of the permit and therefore it is assumed that approval for that portion of the development has expired. Site improvements for the proposed development of Parcel B (for the Micro Brewery) include outdoor seating areas, paved parking areas, landscaping, and a new public sidewalk with street trees and lighting extending from the roundabout to Hillvale Road. The proposed parking areas will be landscaped &have pole mounted area lighting.
