DescriptionThe project consists of extension of municipal water and sewer infrastructure to the Franklin County State Airport in Highgate, Vermont. Sewer infrastructure will consist of installing a new pump station at the airport, a gravity collection sewerline, and a sewer force main running south down Airport Road and west on Route 78, discharging to a sewer manhole owned by the Village of Swanton located near the I‐89 exit. Water infrastructure includes extension of a water main from the intersection of Thunderbird Drive east along Route 78 to Airport Road, then north down Airport Road to the airport with a booster pump station
