DescriptionThe project will consist of constructing 2 self storage buildings on an existing 3.5+/- acre parcel. The parcel already has one 12,000sqft commercial building on it. One self storage structure will be approximately 1,800 sf and the other will be 4800 sf The total footprint will be less than a 1/4 acre. The buildings will be standard mini storage constructed of steel--(or timber framed depending upon material costs at the time of construction; this was submitted with the Town Application) The buildings will be built along an existing road already on the property. There will be no utilities ran to the buildings.
