DescriptionA total of 6 hangars (3 - 120' x 120'; 1 - 60' x 80'; 2 60' x 60') are proposed at 3 separate sites on the property are part of the project. We are seeking positive findings for the following criteria: Criterion 1, 1(A), 1(C), 1(D), 1(E), 1(F), 1(G), Criterion 5, 5(A), 5(B), Criterion 6, Criterion 7, Criterion 9, 9(A), 9(C), 9(D), 9(E), 9(F), 9(G), 9(H), 9(J), 9(K), 9(L), Criterion 10. We are not seeking positive findings for the following criteria: Criterion 1(B), 2, 3, 4, 8, 8(A), 9(B) and 9(F), . We are requesting that positive findings be valid for eight years as this is a legislative mandate and we anticipate it taking multiple years for developers to come forward with hangars at each location. Also, the site is an airport and the project area use will not change in that extended time period.
