DescriptionAs part of the Vermont Huts Association’s trailside hut network, this project proposes a 13’9” X 36’ year-round, four-sided insulated cabin, henceforth referred to as "the hut,” to be situated adjacent to Bolton Valley’s alpine and backcountry ski trails located near the intersection of Peggy Dow’s and Heavenly Highway, hereinafter referred to as "the site." The site will host the hut and the detached privy. The hut, privy, and pre-existing recreational uses occurring on the site and the surrounding area are the only land uses proposed as a part of this project.
