7.5 Channel Adjustment Processes Narrative
This segment is relatively stable with access to narrow forested floodplain in the upper portion and a large hay field floodplain in the lower portion. A very small farm culvert is causing channel instability, braiding, and sediment deposition at the end of the segment. A small area of incised channel was observed upstream of the Wymans Falls Rd crossing. Overall the dominant process is planform adjustment with many areas of aggradation.
