Comments:
Very depositional. No buffer and cows grazing with access across stream channel. Mulitple thread in one location. Although this is at the bottom of the watershed, given the lack of buffer and impacts in the reach, the braiding is most likely not due to natural circumstances, but represents a departure from reference. 2015 ASSESSMENT NOTES: In 2015, increased aggradation was observed. Bars continued to build up between 2011 and 2015, thereby narrowing the channel slightly. Major deposition was noted on the floodplain. Planform change was observed via floodchutes. Geomorphic condition in 2015 was on the low end of the fair range as a result of the major adjustments currently occurring within this segment. Vegetation is growing in along the banks, and as large depositional features stabilize, a juvenile floodplain is forming. R47S2.01-A scored fair again in 2015 for habitat.
