Comments:
The reach had gone thought period of adjustment process evidently by the terraces. The abandon terraces are located on both side of the floodplain. Potions of the development in the town it was built on the abandoned terraces. Historic straightening related with development along Elm Street and the Montpelier Recreation Park in downtown Montpelier. Invasive species (Japanese knotweed) is abundant on the left bank.
