Comments:
At outlet, segment actually flows into flood chute of Ranch Brook and then enters Ranch Brook. Channel seems to have been very incised and widened (bankfull width is 2 times the reference width). Widening is continuing through bank erosion. Significant garbage within segment. Most of the segment has very steep slope, but towards the end, slope decreases and channel becomes slightly narrower. Segment break was made slightly further upstream at culvert because channel dimensions and valley width were most different upstream of culvert. Bankfull indicators in this segment were difficult to discern given the excessive bank erosion and the entrenchment.
