Comments:
Segment historically impacted by agricultural straightening in the upstream end of the reach. The lower end of the segment is situated in a valley with steep side slopes on the western side, so agriculture impacts are limited and straightening was unlikely here. Unnaturally steep channel slope in upper segment due to historical straightening. Phase 1 valley width is 195 feet and the phase 2 valley width 171, calling for the no change in confinement type, but minor changes to the valley width.
