AdjustmentNarrativeThe reach was moderately incised, however we did not observe any evidence of historic straightening. The natural valley has steep side slopes with narrow elevated floodplain benches. Coarse substrate was observed through most of the segment, given the relatively low slope and stream power we do not anticipate further incision. Cohesive clay banks and coarse substrate also coupled with the low power will likely slow the widening process for continuation through the CEM process.  DifferentStep7.aspx7.5Channel Adjustment Processes Narrative
