7.2 Ice/Debris Jam Potential Multiple Field obs. along entire reach
  Impact High
7.3 Comments Slope is highly variable in this reach. There is an alluvial fan setting at the downstream end. The middle and upper portions of the reach are steeper and more confined, and there is a bedrock cascade above the dam. Average slope is high for the reach, and Cb was picked to best represent the channel geometry. Segmentation likely in Ph2. Field verification will be needed to confirm reference stream type given higher slope and confinement considerations. Numerous debris jams were observed throughout the reach during Ph2 assessment. Natural and man-made channel constrictions and existing large debris jams have high potential for future ice/debris jamming.
