Vermont Household Hazardous Product Registration

The Vermont Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Law (Act 58 of 2023 and Act 59 of 2025) requires manufacturers of some of the most toxic forms of solid waste to assist with covering the costs for managing these products at their end-of-life. Please register covered household hazardous products using the form below. For more information, review the Agency of Natural Resource’s HHW EPR website.
