Tree Warden Appointment Certification

As of November 1st, 2020 municipalities are required by statute to certify the appointment of the tree warden and provide contact information to the Commission of Forests, Parks & Recreation (24 V.S.A. § 871). This form satisfies the requirement and asks for other optional information that will allow the Vermont Urban & Community Forestry Program to best support municipal tree wardens statewide.
