Air Quality & Climate Division - Consultant Registration

The Air Quality and Climate Division maintains two separate consultant lists. One list is for Air Permit Application services, the other for Stack Emission Testing services. Please complete the following form to apply to be added to one or both of the AQCD list of consultants.

Please be aware that the Agency may purge this list periodically and require consultants to re-register in order to ensure the list and contact information is up-to-date and contains only active consultants. Should the Agency decide to purge the list you will be notified at the email address you have provided on or about May 1 . You can re-register at any point after May 1. On May 31 any entries that had been approved prior to May 1 will be removed. If we approve your re-registration between May 1 and May 31 you may have two entries showing until the old entry is removed on May 31. The Agency will likely delay approval of the re-registration until closer to May 31 to avoid this duplication. You should verify the proper display of your entry on the website after May 31 and notify the Agency of any problems.
