The Air Quality and Climate Division maintains two separate consultant lists. One list is for Air Permit Application services, the other for Stack Emission Testing services. Please complete the following form to apply to be added to one or both of the AQCD list of consultants.

Any entries approved prior to the notification email will be removed approximately 30 days after that email. Please verify the proper display of your company's information on the website 30 days after submitting the registration form and notify the Agency of any problems.
