Corrective Action Taken:
We did everything possible to have the plant operate in flows 3 to 4 times designed flow. We were primarily settling the influent coming in to the SBR and decanting it through the UV system. We don't know the extent of damages or how the plant is operating until we are able to enter the facility and evaluate.

Waterbody Impacted:
Gihon River
Description Of Incident:
Massive flooding of the entire village. This is ongoing as we have not been able to get to the wastewater plant to evaluate. We had to evacuate the facility for safety. It is assumed the UV system is under water. It is operating but the effluent is mixed with river water.
