Warm weather snow melt and rain resulted in high inflow and infiltration to the collection system. High flows overwhelmed the capacity of the facility to fully treat the influent.
SBRs in "storm mode" resulted in effluent discharge rates in excess of the design capability of the UV disinfection system.
