Description Of Incident:
|
A velocity sensor that is mounted in the sewer line for the CSO monitoring equipment at location CSO 003 - Bailey Ave became unfixed and created a partial blocked on 7/15/24. This blockage caused the sewer line to overflow into the CSO structure. Most likely the sensor mounting brackets were compromised during the flooding event the prior week (7/10/24).
