The backup generator did not supply power to the WWTF when there was a power outage today (9/22/21) because the breaker at the generator was left in the OFF position by a contracted service technician doing routine maintenance last week. For 27 minutes the facility's UV disinfection system was off. Once power was restored all UV lights came back on (full disinfection).
