The manhole was pumped down directly into headworks so we could get snake into main. a smaller one was used at first with no success. Larger snake was brought out and temporarily opened up line. shortly after the line plugged up again. multiple snaking from both directions were unsuccessful. Eventually we called Juddys Septic pumping to assist and were able to such out obstruction into pump truck and then discharged into WW plant. I contacted The Town Health Officer and reported to him. The placement of signs was deemed unnecessary due to cold temperatures and ice prohibiting people from swimming.
