Our plant took our E. coli sample from our last Contact tank and our sample came back higher then expected. We took sample on May 16th, The lab did not notify us until Monday May 24. the result was 340 MPN/100ml.
We re-sampled on the 26th, resulting in a 19 MPN/100ml.
