found power supply to controller had failed and shut controller down electrician
replace power supply and controller was up and running while getting system back on line found controller had a low wet well level on same day at 10:28 AM
i arrived at 11:45 AM on further investigating we found that the transducer and low level floats had failed the float had shorted out and was the cause of power supply to fail replaced float with new float and replaced transducer with Vega
radar unit this units are not in wastewater they are above making it a better
device for this station we have in the past had problems with transducer in this station 3/4 of the flow to this station is from Indian head manufacturing from there vats that they soak there logs in most of the flow is clean water that is
from 140 degrees to 180 degrees which shortens the life of transducers 5 years ago we up grade to a higher temp transducer which last longer than one in the past . After all parts were replace station was back to normal and no problems
