Coupling was replaced. Chlorine was added both manually and with the pump being turned up. This took approximately 20 minutes. The chlorine residual went from a .08 to a .75 within 1 hr. The lines are going to be changed from the 1/2 that the contractor installed to the original 3/8 that fit the pumps properly so that we do not need any reducing couplers.

Construction workers moved barrels resulting in a coupling coming loose. Effluent only had partial disinfection due to some of the chlorine leaking out of a fitting into the overflow container.
