Effluent discharge flows increased due to snow melting and other situations in the system. Upon knowing the chlorine residuals on this day of sampling, we observed a low chlorine residual at EFF outfall. Upon being alerted we increased our chlorine residuals, which in turn should have had enough time for chlorine contact to get us a good kill on E-Coli.
