permit requires chlorination starting April 1. Sample was taken April 2 at 2:00 pm. tcr was 1.19. with results from lab being to high to read.
Normal operating procedure is to uncover tanks and do thorough cleaning removing scum layer buildup from winter before chlorination begins. with impending forecast of 1-2' of snow this week this procedure has been delayed.
