Finding an optimal placement for the lagoon dewatering pump is proving difficult at the current low water level in the lagoon. Catching up with increasing chlorine demand is also hindering effective chlorination. Combined, these led to an e. coli test result of 290 MPN/100 ml which is over the 235 public notification threshold.
