Description Of Incident: A rain event on July 1, 2015 resulted in high flows to the pump station and an overflow. Vergennes' Discharge Permit authorizes Combined Sewer Overflows during storm events from this pump station. Of the total volume of 75,200 gallons that overflowed, it is estimated that 20% or 15,040 gallons was untreated sewage.
