Description Of Incident:
|
A rain event on June 23, 2015 resulted in high flows to the pump station and an overflow. Vergennes' Discharge Permit authorizes Combined Sewer Overflows during storm events from this pump station. It is estimated that of the total volume of 262,000 gallons that overflowed, that 20% or 52,400 gallons was untreated sewage.
