Was notified on 21 Oct 22 that E-coli sample captured on 19 Oct 22 failed with over 800 colonies. However, the chlorine residual for that decant/sample was 2.13 mg/l and plant issued 12.5 gallons of chlorine for that 24 hour period. Turbidity was a low 1.26 NTUs and looked very clear. With local level sample results, it's difficult to understand why or how Plant 1 failed with an E-coli sample that high.
