Immediately upon notification two additional samples were collected on 4/29, one from each SBR. The results for these two samples were both <1.7.
The Chlorine residual during the 4/27 sample collection was 0.63 mg/l. We operate with a target of 1.0 mg/l minimum. Here is the Cl2 history: 4/26 = 1.69; 4/27 = 0.63; 4/28 = 0.83 operator increased dosage; 4/29 operator increased dosage = 3.0

Analysis results from 4/27 e.coli sample exceeded the 77 limit. The result was 590. It is believed that the low chlorine residual may have been the cause of the high e. coli.
