The pumping capacity of the facility was exceeded due to excessive flows. The headworks building overflowed out the door and into a facility stormwater drain that discharges to a drainage ditch behind the facility. This overflow was intermittent during the time specified. It is estimated that approximately 10,000 gallons may have been discharged. The facility recorded four (4) inches of rain in a twelve (12) hour period.
