Chlorine delivery ratio was increased on 21 Feb 18. In addition, on 23 Feb 18, two E-coli samples, one from each SBR, will be captured during the decant process, and brought to Endyne Lab for E-coli analysis. Sample results will be relayed to Shelburne wastewater personnel no later than 24 Feb 18.

Description Of Incident:
|
Rapidly melting snow created high flow conditions that were outside the normal operating parameters of the facility. Increased flows potentially reduced disinfection time in chlorine contact tank. A chlorine residual of 1.30 mg/l was recorded along with the dispensing of 7.8 gallons of chlorine.
