The electrician that does work for the city was called in and found the problem and corrected it. During the power outage the bypass was chlorinated and dechlorinated.

There was a power outage in the area. When the power went out the transfer switch on the generator did not switch over . The Electrician was brought in and the problem was corrected. Between the power outage and the generator issue the power was out for approx. 2 hours. During the power outage the Bypass was Chlorinated and dechlorinated.
