The plant has a backup generator for the chemical building and ops building. We were able to feed both Sodium Hypocrite and Sodium Bisulfite during the bypass. the plant still had a E coli violation on the final.

Due to a 5 hour power outage from the wind storm the plant discharged partially treated and partially disinfected Effluent. The plant still had a E coli violation . The total discharge from the plant was 1.3mg. During the power outage we also had fairly heavy rain which didn't help things.
