The Sodium Hypochlorite was increased to make up for the demand to kill the Ecoli. We did another Ecoli test on 9-27-22 at 8:27am and the results were 0 colonies per 100 mls sample

We had a E.coli violation which I suspect that was due to Milk that came into the plant. This caused the chlorine demand to go up which caused the E.coli violation .
