We had a rain storm and when the flow got up to the level to call for the 3rd primary effluent pump it did not turn on. We started bypassing at 5.7md instead of the 8.0mg that we are permitted at. We got locked out of the Scada screen for a bit and didn't realize what was going on. We got back on line and got The 3rd pump running. When I reported the incident on the web site i accidently reported it twice thinking the 1st one didn't go through.
