The plant was switched from 3-Basin to 4-Basin mode as the 4-week rehab of SBR-4 was completed. The timing of the settle cycle of Basin-3 was affected by being shortened by 10-15 minutes. During decant I observed cloudy decant as the decant was wicking sludge from the sludge blanket.
