Description Of Incident:

The Programmable Logic Controller controlling the plant in automated mode was not functioning correctly. This was discovered during an early morning visual inspection. The system was run in manual and then reset to correct the issue. The issue repeated at 8:30am and further review was conducted. Some cloudy effluent was discharged which may affect UV Treatment.
