Reviewed with operator staff the need to extend decant times in my absence to prevent the basins from approaching the storm mode trigger point.
Working with SCADA consultant to see if we can get more control over storm mode to allow the computer to handle storm mode differently.

Description Of Incident:

The SBR PLC put the plant into storm mode for just over twenty minutes. Based on the effluent flow meter we believe it decanted a basin prior to it being fully treated. The basin still went through UV disinfection treatment prior to reaching the river.
