Description Of Incident:
|
A hole was discovered in the bottom of a sanitary manhole after sediment and grease was removed during cleaning. In very close proximity to the manhole is a perforated storm pipe/underdrain connected to the City’s separate storm sewer system. A small amount of sewage leaked into the storm system between when the grease was removed and the manhole was repaired.
