A sudden intense rain storm activated the wet weather treatment system, during this time the flows rose causing some solids loss from the treatment process. While there was full delivery of disinfection agents happening during this event, it was not adequate resulting in an e.coli count of 13,714 colonies per 100ml of sample. This solids lost appears to be attributed to an imbalance of nutrient loading to the WWTF.
