Description Of Incident:
|
Weekly Ecoli sample gathered on October 11 showed a count of 400 colonies / 100 mL. The effluent residual chlorine was 0.50 mg/L at time of sample. This is a lower than normal residual for sufficient kill. Feed rate was adjusted and residual came up to 0.76 within 2 hours which in the past has shown an ecoli count of <5 at the same approximate flow rate.
