An electrical failure in the control panel at the State of Vermont owned Welcome Center Pumping Station located at 1436 Broad Brook Road in Guilford, VT caused failure of all alarms and pumping functions at this station. This led to a discharge of 10,000 to 20,000 gallons to the Broad Brook.
