Corrective Action Taken:

Increased Hypochlorite and retested. Two more tests were taken. The sample taken on 4/7/2026 at 7:30am was rejected due to the cooler with ice it was delivered in froze the sample. So, another sample was quickly taken on 4/8/2026 at 11;00 am and hand delivered. The results of that test were <1.0 MPN/100ml and had a TRC of 1.50 mg/L.

Monthly test of effluent results indicated e-coli above our permitted limit. We had a 0.80mg/L residual with zero settable solids the day the sample was taken. It is assumed there was cross contamination in the sample.
