Put second clarifier on line. to increase detention time. and slowed the return pumps down to help settle both clarifiers. stopped all wasting. Add to standard operation procedure to not do cleaning of main lines and dewater the main plant holding tanks at the same time.

We were cleaning main lines intown and dewatering sludge holder tanks. Unset the clarifier with grease from line cleaning and the polymer used for dewatering. did not let the solids settle in the clarifier and they went to the contact Tank and then to the river.
