Winooski Housing Authority, 87 Elm Street serves the development pump station via a sewer force main which connects to the City of Winooski gravity system manhole at the intersection of West and Elm Streets. A clean-out cap was found to have failed 5/22/16 @ 3:00 pm and was leaking sewage onto the road. P&P Septic was called to empty the pump station which had been shut-down. City staff was notified this morning of possible sewage getting into the stormwater system and for help with notification and repair.
