From the snow/ice storm we had many power issues in the area over the weekend. When the operator came in on Sunday the 28th it was noticed that the effluent was discharging as it should have been. He then went to check the SBR and notice it was full, the decanter arm was not working and a small amount of water was discharging through the decanter, through the UV system and out the outfall into the Clarendon River. It was found that the breaker had been tripped due to the power issues in town.
