Description Of Incident:
|
Sewer manhole on Hill Street at the intersection with Nelson Street was observed to be overflowing and running down the south edge of Hill Street. DPW was notified at approximately 11:00 am on the 16th of April. The sewer overflow entered a catch basin at the intersection with Patterson Street. This drainage system continues west on Hill then turns north onto Camp Street then cuts cross lots to the west behind the Lincoln School and daylights in the Potash Brook east of Elmwood Cemetery.
