The drain line runs through the existing SMH on Washington St near French Street. A blockage was reported in the sewer line approximately two weeks ago. Crews removed the blockage but some equipment got stuck in the sewer line. It was removed but apparently may have damaged the drain line. On February 1st the discharge was noticed on Prospect Street. Friday the sewer crew is working on removing the blockage and repairing the drain line. Repair is estimated to be complete by the end of the day.
