Description Of Incident:
|
Joe Rouleau called me on Monday December 2. He informed me that when checking the TRC levels on Thursday the 28th of November they were measuring a little bit over 1 mg/L. Because this is higher than what is expected he turned the chlorine feed down some. When performing his checks Friday morning he found a TRC of 0.01 mg/L. He turned up the chlorine feed and checked again later that morning. It still read 0.01 mg/L so he checked the feed line and pump. Feed line was blocked so he replaced it.
